Questions about the fitness side of practice.

Will the fitness plan interfere with my yoga practice?

No. Strength, cardio and recovery volumes are calibrated to your yoga load — fitness sessions are shorter on heavy practice days and longer on rest-from-mat days, so your nervous system stays balanced.

Do I need a gym or equipment?

Everything is designed to work with just a mat and bodyweight. If you have dumbbells, a resistance band or a pull-up bar, your teacher will fold them in, but they are never required.

How much time per week does the fitness plan take?

Most practitioners spend 2 to 3 hours a week across strength, cardio and recovery — roughly 20 to 25 minutes per session, five days a week, in addition to yoga.

Is the fitness plan safe if I'm recovering from an injury?

Yes. Your intake includes a movement screen, and any active injury is flagged. Strength and cardio are then substituted with mobility, breathwork and restorative work until your teacher clears you to progress.

Can I follow the fitness plan if I already lift or run?

Absolutely. If you already train, your teacher structures yoga and recovery around your existing schedule so the two support each other instead of competing.

How are the 1-on-1 yoga sessions conducted?

Sessions are live over video with a dedicated teacher who knows your body, history, and goals. You book a recurring time that fits your week — no group classes, no rotating instructors.

Do I need prior yoga experience to start?

No. Every plan starts with an intake call so your teacher can meet you where you are — whether that's day one on the mat or a decade of Ashtanga. The practice is built around your body.

What's included in the diet consultancy?

You get a personalized plan built by a registered dietitian, based on your goals, medical reports, and food preferences. Plans are reviewed and adjusted monthly, and your dietitian coordinates with your yoga teacher.

Can I switch or cancel my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account at any time. Unused sessions in the Value Session pack stay valid for 12 months from purchase.

What if I miss a scheduled session?

Reschedule up to 4 hours before your session at no cost. Sessions are also recorded on request so you can revisit your practice later.

Is the health tracker required?

No, but most practitioners find the daily 20-second check-in makes their weekly session more useful. Your teacher sees the trends, not the raw data, and adjusts your practice accordingly.
