No. Strength, cardio and recovery volumes are calibrated to your yoga load — fitness sessions are shorter on heavy practice days and longer on rest-from-mat days, so your nervous system stays balanced.
Everything is designed to work with just a mat and bodyweight. If you have dumbbells, a resistance band or a pull-up bar, your teacher will fold them in, but they are never required.
Most practitioners spend 2 to 3 hours a week across strength, cardio and recovery — roughly 20 to 25 minutes per session, five days a week, in addition to yoga.
Yes. Your intake includes a movement screen, and any active injury is flagged. Strength and cardio are then substituted with mobility, breathwork and restorative work until your teacher clears you to progress.
Absolutely. If you already train, your teacher structures yoga and recovery around your existing schedule so the two support each other instead of competing.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account at any time. Unused sessions in the Value Session pack stay valid for 12 months from purchase.
Reschedule up to 4 hours before your session at no cost. Sessions are also recorded on request so you can revisit your practice later.
No, but most practitioners find the daily 20-second check-in makes their weekly session more useful. Your teacher sees the trends, not the raw data, and adjusts your practice accordingly.
